We are a Hartville coin shop built around one simple idea: give people a fair, transparent number for what they own. Our shop sits at 887 W Maple St, and we welcome folks to bring collections in for a no-pressure valuation.

Our focus is broad but grounded. We handle gold bullion buying and silver bullion buying every week, and we also deal in platinum and palladium when it comes across the counter. We work with U.S. coins, rare coins, and paper currency, and we do scrap jewelry buying and sterling silver buying for anyone clearing out drawers of odds and ends. If you have an old timepiece tucked away, we do pocket watch buying too. Estate coin appraisals are a big part of what we do, and we handle them with care and discretion.

Some customers prefer to keep things private, so we offer one-on-one buying and selling consultations. We also travel when it makes sense, such as for estate appraisals where hauling a large collection into the shop is not practical. We would rather come to you than have you worry about moving something fragile or valuable. Our aim is always the best pricing we can offer, backed by a clear explanation of how we reached it.

Appraisals are honest work, and we treat them that way. There is no obligation to sell after we take a look, and there is no pressure if you decide the timing is not right.
